Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of testing experience in banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of test concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent English communication for client services and presentations.
• Strong teamwork and stress management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases and scripts for complex software.
• Propose and adopt best testing practices, including AI-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fix defects.
• Analyze results and provide detailed stakeholder reports.
• Conduct performance testing and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support SDLC concepts and coordinate with PMs and developers.
• Maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test management processes.
