The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager within the Finance unit.

This role is based in Basel, Switzerland; however, thanks to our status as an international organization, we can hire globally and welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities and located anywhere in the world. Relocation support is available for the successful candidate and their dependent family members.
Lead the cost analysis and budgeting process for the General Secretariat (GSec) department (including centrally managed IT, HR, buildings and meetings functions). Drive improvements in cost management, forecasting, and expense planning, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic priorities. This is a critical position for enhancing financial transparency and supporting decision-making across key operational areas.
