We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Analyst/Associate to join our Global Advisory team in Zurich. Thisis a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and client-focusedenvironment, working alongside industry experts to deliver exceptionalsolutions. Whatwill you do?
Key Responsibilities:
- DataAnalysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis ofindustry and company data to support corporate finance advisory &lending initiatives.
- FinancialModeling: Develop and maintain financial models forcompany valuation and capital structure analysis, aiding indecision-making for complex financial scenarios e.g. structured financing,leveraged buyouts and M&A.
- PitchPreparation: Collaborate on the preparation of pitch books,transaction materials, and client presentations to clearly communicatefinancial strategies and recommendations.
- ClientRelationship Management: Act as partnerto business owners and management, assist in preparing detailed memos andtransaction documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables that reflect thebank’s commitment to excellence.
- TransactionExecution: Support the end-to-end execution of financingand advisory transactions, contributing to various aspects of dealmanagement and ensuring seamless project completion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- EducationalBackground: Masters degree in Corporate Finance or relatedfield (or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience), with solidacademic credentials.
- ProfessionalExperience: at least 2 years of relevant experience withincorporate finance, investment banking, M&A, debt advisory or a relateddivision in the bank, demonstrating strong understanding of financeprinciples.
- TechnicalProficiency:
- Stronggrasp of structured finance, capital markets, and corporate financeconcepts, including capital structure and valuation methodologies.
- AdvancedExcel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Bloomberg is highly beneficial.
- LanguageSkills: Fluency in English and German; French is aplus.
