avacone Switzerland is seeking a pragmatic Finance Business Analyst in Basel to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will work with Finance, business stakeholders, and IT to make financial performance and investment decisions more transparent.

This hands-on role focuses on analyzing financial data, improving reporting processes, and translating complex information into clear business insights.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or related analytical role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficient with Excel; able to produce clear reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Professional English; German is an advantage.
