Avacone is seeking a pragmatic Finance Business Analyst to enhance financial performance insight through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role partners with Finance, business stakeholders, and IT to translate data into actionable insights and support informed decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial analytics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI; English is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling, management accounting, business analysis, or similar.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience producing clear reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach; able to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional English; German is an advantage.
• Nice to have IT, technology, digital, or project-related budgets.
• Familiarity with IT costs, software, cloud services, technology vendors, or technology investment.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ERP/finance systems, EPM, procurement, or portfolio-management tools.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, project delivery, or IT service-management environments.
• Experience in regulated, international, or outsourced environment.
• Exposure to technology cost management, software asset management, or cloud cost management.
