Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master's and CPAs preferred)
• 5+ years of financial management experience in an international environment
• Deep understanding of cost accounting
• Ability to link financial guidance with business needs across functions
• Fluent in English and strong leadership skills

Aufgaben

• Oversee financial operations and reporting for North American entities
• Serve as sparring partner to local management and sales organization
• Ensure governance within North America's leadership team
• Ensure high-quality accounting and financial statements per Group guidelines
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to Group and Local Management
• Establish budgets and forecasts per Group guidelines; support financial planning
• Identify efficiency gains through synergies in North America
• Manage local financial, legal, tax, and sales tax matters
