Job summary

Schroders in Zurich seeks a Finance Data Business Analyst on a six-month fixed-term contract to partner with Wealth Management and influence decision-making through robust financial insight.

The role blends commercial acumen with financial analysis, supporting planning, forecasting and strategic initiatives within a regulated Swiss private banking environment. You will collaborate with FP&A and Finance Partnering teams to deliver high-quality insight.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Swiss CPA or equivalent.
• Strong post-qualified FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance advisor to Wealth Management stakeholders, supporting decision-making.
• Provide commercial insight on key decisions, including pricing and cost optimisation.
• Translate financial performance into actionable recommendations.
• Lead performance discussions focusing on AUM, revenues, margins and costs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and assist with strategic initiatives.
