Zusammenfassung

Schroders in Zurich is seeking a Finance Data Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with senior stakeholders, provide forward-looking financial insight and support strategic initiatives across Wealth Management in a regulated Swiss context.

You will drive performance insight, planning, and scenario modelling, translating complex data into clear guidance for business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Swiss CPA with post-qualification FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen supporting decision-making in a complex environment.
• Experience with financial analysis, planning, and performance management.
• Advanced Excel; practical experience with Power BI, SQL and T24 or comparable banking data environments.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted finance advisor to senior Wealth Management and Bank stakeholders, supporting decision-making across the Bank’s business.
• Provide commercial insight on key decisions, including investment cases, pricing, cost optimisation and strategic initiatives.
• Translate financial performance into clear, actionable recommendations that drive sustainable business outcomes.
• Lead performance discussions focusing on AUM, net new business, revenues, margins, costs and profitability.
• Shape budgets, forecasts and medium-term plans with robust assumptions and scenario modelling.
