Job summary

Accelleron Baden is seeking an experienced Finance AI and Automation Specialist to identify and translate opportunities within SAP Finance ecosystems into practical use cases. You will partner with the Finance Transformation team and Global Process Owners to shape a focused AI portfolio and deliver scalable automation across SAP ECC/S/4HANA landscapes.

Reporting to the IS Manager Finance, you will drive PoCs, value assessments, and implementation options, ensuring security, compliance and robust

Qualifications

Minimum eight years of experience in SAP Finance, SAP consulting or ERP transformation.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts, preferably including Public Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Finance & Controlling processes in manufacturing and integration with production, SCM and sales.

Responsibilities

AI, automation and technology innovation scouting for finance processes.
Identify high-value automation opportunities and support business case development.
Run PoCs, evaluate value, and propose adoption aligned with enterprise architecture.
Lead delivery of approved Finance AI and automation initiatives across SAP and connected apps.
Collaborate with IS, Finance Transformation, and Global Process Owners.
