Clear Solutions Laboratories invites applications for a Visual Inspection Lead in Pharma at our Basel, Switzerland site. The role centers on end-to-end management of visual inspection programs, shaping strategic growth, and overseeing project execution with clients and partners.

The candidate will drive study design, protocol development, and documentation while ensuring regulatory alignment and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Work experience in pharma visual inspection is a must.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in project management, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for business development and innovation.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end project management for visual inspection programs.
• Shape the strategic vision of the Visual Inspection business unit, identifying growth opportunities and service innovations.
• Resource planning and oversight of ongoing visual inspection projects.
• Study setup for visual inspection projects, including protocol development, execution, and documentation.
• Client and strategic partner communication, ensuring alignment with project goals.
