Jobtailor is seeking an Electrical Installer (EFZ) to install, maintain, and repair radio and data transmission systems across Switzerland. You will perform measurements, troubleshoot power supplies, and service IT infrastructure, while working safely on antenna masts to ensure reliability of critical infrastructure.

The role involves extensive travel across the country and collaboration within a multilingual team.

Qualifikationen

• EFZ technical vocational training in electrical installation.
• Basic knowledge of transmission RF, power supplies and network tech.
• Willingness to travel across Switzerland; driving licence required.
• Fluent in German; basic English knowledge helpful.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and repair radio, Polycom, and data radio transmission systems
• Perform installations, measurements, troubleshooting, and maintenance on transmission systems, power supplies, and IT infrastructure
• Work safely and precisely on antenna masts and technical systems
• Ensure the reliable operation of power- and security-critical infrastructure
• Carry out assignments during the day, at night, and on weekends, including on-call duty
• Work at unique locations throughout Switzerland
• Collaborate with a committed, multilingual team

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (EFZ) as an Electrical Installer
• Basic knowledge of transmission technology, RF technology, power supply systems, and network technology
• Experience working on antenna masts and technical systems is desirable
• Category B driving licence
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Physically fit and able to work on masts
• Willingness to undertake occasional extended travel throughout Switzerland, including hotel stays when required
• Fluent in German
• Basic knowledge of English
• Knowledge of another national language is an advantage
