Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) invites applications for a Driver to support a Europe-wide data collection project in the Tessin region (Bellinzona). You will operate a vehicle equipped with 360° cameras and lidar to capture streets, points of interest and public spaces for a leading online mapping platform.

This full-time role requires following pre-planned routes, ensuring high data quality, and coordinating with managers.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid EU driver's license.
• Maintains a clean background check (criminal and driving).
• Has at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Proven professional driving experience (taxi, delivery, logistics).
• Proficient in English and the local language.
• Tech-savvy with GSuite tools.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
• Reliable, responsible and professional.
• Enjoys travelling and exploring new places.
• Familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow pre-assigned routes focusing on streets, POIs and public spaces.
• Operate vehicles equipped with 360° cameras and lidar to capture data.
• Ensure data is stored on onboard SSDs and maintained properly.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to meet quality standards.
• Comply with safety and traffic regulations during fieldwork.
