Zusammenfassung

PureGym Switzerland is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support clubs across French-speaking Switzerland from Bern. The role is field-based with a company vehicle and tools provided, focusing on repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, well-maintained facilities.

Occasional travel between clubs is required, with a direct impact on member experience and club operations. Fluent French is mandatory; English or German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in technical or craft trades.
• Experience in repairs, maintenance or building management.
• Basic knowledge of technical installations and building systems.
• Willingness to undergo training for inspection of portable electrical appliances.

Aufgaben

• Carry out minor repairs on fitness equipment, doors, sanitary facilities, furniture, changing rooms, showers and common areas of the clubs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting and regular club inspections.
• Process and update work orders in the digital ticketing system (ServiceChannel).
• Identify defects and report recurring or critical safety issues.
• Inspect and record the condition of portable electrical appliances after training and authorisation.
• Coordinate visits of small providers and verify work carried out on site.
• Support new openings, renovations, technical recommissioning and smaller projects.
• Transport tools, spare parts and small equipment between clubs.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, testing devices and stocks.
