Zusammenfassung

PureGym AG in Romandy is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain clubs safely and efficiently across the French-speaking part of Switzerland, with daily travel between sites.

You will work with club management and external suppliers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance activities and continuous improvements for a growing national portfolio. The role focuses on Romandie and regular assignments in Switzerland, with travel across the country.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a technical or trade profession.
• Practical experience in repairs, maintenance or building operations.
• Good hands-on skills and basic understanding of building services.
• Willingness to undertake inspections of portable electrical appliances.
• Independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
• Daily travel across Switzerland; Romandie or Bern/Fribourg residence is a plus.
• Fluent French (written and spoken); good knowledge of English or German.
• Valid category B driving license; willing to use company vehicle for assignments.

Aufgaben

• Carry out minor repairs to fitness equipment, doors, sanitary installations and club areas.
• Complete preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and regular club inspections.
• Process and update work orders in the digital ticketing system (ServiceChannel).
• Identify defects and escalate recurring or safety-critical issues.
• Inspect and document portable electrical appliances after training and authorization.
• Support checks relating to water hygiene, emergency lighting, firesafety and evacuation routes.
• Coordinate smaller supplier visits and review completed work on site.
• Support openings, refurbishments, technical handovers and smaller projects.
