Zusammenfassung

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Milwaukee Application Technician in Switzerland. You will support distributors with marketing and application of Milwaukee products and assist the Sales team with advisory conversations.

As a hands-on professional, you will train customers, lead product demonstrations, and document outcomes of consultations. Travel from home base and occasional weekend duties are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Trade or business education is required.
• Practical experience with tools is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to travel from home office and occasional weekend duty.
• Full driving license.

Aufgaben

• Support dealers in marketing and application of Milwaukee products.
• Assist Sales department in advisory and training conversations with trade partners.
• Acquire and manage industrial and large craft customers for Milwaukee.
• Convey brand and product benefits to customers in industry and craft.
• Conduct product trainings, demonstrations and practical advisory sessions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and exhibitions.
• Document trainings and consultations and report dealer sales outcomes.
• Follow up on simplified sales targets and results of advisory activities.
• Document customer visits, trainings, demonstrations and other activities.
