Finger Lakes Community Health (FLCH) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care across all ages, conducting well checks, screenings, treatments, and coordinating tests to promote overall well-being. The role includes counseling on family planning, aging, and preventive services in a community health setting.

The candidate will perform examinations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe therapies within scope, and collaborate with specialists as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license required.
• National board certification in Family medicine or med-peds required.
• CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Provide counseling and education to patients across age groups, including family planning and aging well-being.
• Perform comprehensive health histories and physical exams from child to geriatric patients.
