Zusammenfassung

Green is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to jointly oversee the maintenance and operation of our data centres and office buildings at Lupfig. In a collaborative team, you will drive renovations, manage commissioning, coordinate contractors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You bring a training in facility management or a comparable qualification, hands-on project experience, and strong communication in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Training in facility management or a comparable technical, craft or construction-related qualification.
• Experience in managing smaller renovation projects and supporting commissioning.
• Experience in defect management, building inspections and coordination of craftsmen.
• Structured, precise and methodical working style with enthusiasm for documentation management.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Driving licence category B and a clean criminal and debt register.

Aufgaben

• Independent planning, coordinating and implementing smaller renovation and facility management projects.
• Supporting commissioning of new buildings, conducting inspections and defect management.
• Coordination of external contractors, specialist planners and service providers (including obtaining quotes and quality control).
• Participating in the establishment and optimisation of operational processes after completion (operational organisation).
• Careful management and filing of revision documents, plans, operating instructions and warranty documents.
• Carrying out recurring maintenance measures (e.g. lifts, doors, lighting) and organising maintenance and second‑level support for repairs.
• Representing customer interests in direct contact and taking on routine tasks in daily business.
