Job summary

Tertianum is seeking a Health Specialist EFZ for the Fischermätteli facility in the Bern region. The role covers comprehensive elderly care, treatment nursing tasks, and daily living support. You will document care electronically with CareCoach and assume shift responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate holds Health Specialist EFZ, has German language proficiency, and welcomes diverse challenges. RAI knowledge is a plus and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage.
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend courses (paid).
• Warm and humorous attitude.
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in line with our philosophy and nursing process.
• Performing treatment nursing activities.
• Supporting guests with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Regular rounds and observation/evaluation of care and support situations.
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible).
• Taking over and responsibility for assigned professional tasks and shift responsibility.
