Schmidli Bau AG in Rafz is seeking a Construction Manager for facade construction to lead projects from planning to completion. You will manage sites, prepare schedules, and coordinate on-site teams in a demanding facade environment.

The role requires several years in construction management, strong knowledge of Swiss regulations, and experience with client and subcontractor negotiations. A leadership-focused, solution-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed basic training in construction with further HF construction manager training.
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably facade construction in Switzerland.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction legislation, SIA standards, and common industry software (Abacus is an advantage).

Your Job

• You manage the assigned construction sites in facade construction from execution to completion.
• You take on independent work preparation, scheduling, and execution of demanding facade projects.
• You prepare offers, calculate dimensions, conduct follow-up calculations, and manage construction accounting.
• You plan personnel deployment as well as materials and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
• You are the central contact person for architects, clients, planners, and suppliers.
• You ensure compliance with quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations.

Your Profile

• You have completed basic training in the construction industry (e.g., facade builder, plumber, carpenter, mason) with further training as a construction manager, technician HF, or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally with a focus on facade construction in Switzerland.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction legislation, SIA standards, and common industry software (Abacus is an advantage).
• You are an organizational talent with negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented working style.
