Zusammenfassung

Omya (Schweiz) AG is seeking a technical/service-oriented professional to deliver lab, field, and customer testing and to support commercialisation activities across Horizons. You will work under guidance from senior team members to interpret trial data and prepare technical documentation.

• University degree in engineering / chemistry or a relevant subject area is a must.
• 0–7 years of relevant technical and/or lab service experience.
• Good understanding of Polymer Applications and/or industrial minerals.

• Effective communication skills (oral and writing) and the ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds and at all levels.
• Good project management skills, incl. project documentation.
• Good analytical skills to interpret data from lab, field, and customer trials.
• Ability to give recommendations based on lab, field, and customer trial results.
• Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Availability for business travel up to 0–30% of the time required.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver technical and lab service support for existing products and solutions across Horizons.
• Assist in proof-of-concept activities for Horizon 2 and 3 initiatives.
• Deliver lab, field, and customer testing, data collection, and interpretation of trials.
• Ensure technical documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical service, Commercialisation Management, and regional teams to support sales opportunities.
• Support Sales and other functions with training and onboarding of new Technical Service team members.

• Technical/ LabServices

• Deliverstechnicaland labservice support for existing products and solutions across all Horizons, under guidance from senior team members.

Requirements

• Auniversity degree in engineering / chemistry ora relevantsubject area isa must.

• Minimum of0-7years of relevanttechnicaland/or labserviceexperience. International work experience isbeneficial.

• Good understanding and knowledge ofPolymer Applications and/or industrials minerals

• Personality with a strongservice mindset, having a feelingfor providing the right technicaland labservice level to drive customer satisfactionand underline our leadership asanindustrial mineral producer.
