Job summary

New Ventures Group AG, Zurich-based venture capital company, seeks a lawyer to lead legal and executive functions for its instruments arm. The role combines corporate and regulatory law with strategic business development and equity-related responsibilities.

Candidate should have a law degree, Swiss bar admission preferred, and strong German/English skills. The position offers hybrid work in Zurich Paradeplatz and a long-term collaboration with growth exposure in venture capital.

Qualifications

Law degree required with Swiss bar admission beneficial.
Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial regulatory law.
Experience with securities issuances and financing rounds.
Knowledge of Swiss employment law with practical pragmatism.
Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capability.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

Design, structure and implement bonds and financing instruments.
Prepare and review related issuance, contractual and investor documents.
Lead strategic and operational development of New Ventures Instruments AG.
Advise on ownership structures, financing rounds and governance.
Coordinate with external counsel, banks and partners.
Provide employment and compensation advice and equity participation support.
Work with management and portfolio companies on compliant, commercially viable solutions.
