Job summary

United Nations in Geneva seeks an Executive Coaching Consultant for UNEP Finance Initiative. The assignment focuses on behavioural coaching to develop leadership capabilities in work roles and relationships, aligned with UN values and behaviours.

The consultant will promote inclusion, integrity and collaboration, coaching UNEP FI personnel to strengthen team leadership, conflict management and performance, with two personnel supported for identified issues and HR oversight.

Responsibilities

• The consultant will provide behavioural coaching to develop leadership capabilities in UNEP FI personnel, focusing on effectiveness in leading teams, teamwork facilitation, empowerment, conflict management, integrity, and performance.
• Two personnel will receive coaching for identified behavioural issues with ongoing HR oversight and management involvement.
