Job summary

AARK Tech Solutions GmbH in Zürich is seeking a Senior Exchange Online Migration & Mobility Lead to drive the migration of mailboxes from on-prem to Exchange Online and to replace legacy mobile solutions with a modern Outlook/Intune experience. Qualifications

• 7+ years in messaging engineering
• 3+ Exchange hybrid-to-online migrations of 5,000+ mailboxes
• Deep PowerShell and automation skills
• Experience with mobile mail modernization (BlackBerry or similar to Outlook mobile / Intune)
• Experience of regulated environments, including journaling, retention and compliance archiving
• Strong planning and runbook discipline

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the mailbox migration approach: wave planning, pilot, cutover, rollback, coexistence and hypercare
• Plan for mail-flow, calendar free/busy, public folders, shared mailboxes, archives and larger mailbox sizes
• Design BYOD mobile access to replace BlackBerry Work and Access, incl. Intranet access
• Coordinate with Endpoint and Security engineers on the new Outlook client and add-in compatibility
• Manage migration tooling, automation, reporting and wave readiness checks
• Supervise nearshore/offshore migration engineers and ensure quality

Title: Exchange Online Migration & Mobility LeadSeniority: SeniorLocation: Zurich (on-site) with nearshore/offshore support

Purpose:Leads the migration of mailboxes from on-premises Exchange (hybrid-prepared) to Exchange Online and the replacement of BlackBerry Work/Access with a modern mobile experience.
