Job summary

Aiglion College seeks to appoint an Invigilator to support examinations at the Chesières campus in Vaud, Switzerland. The role requires reliable, flexible staff able to supervise exams, ensure security of materials, and support safeguarding policies.

Immediate start for a contract running through 31 August 2027, with workload between 10% and 40%. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and more than 3 years’ work experience, with excellent English and basic French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a university or equivalent.
• More than 3 years of work experience.
• English: Very good knowledge; French: Basic knowledge (oral/written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct examinations in strict adherence to regulations and guidelines.
• Safeguard and ensure the security of examination materials.
• Supervise candidates and manage seating and timing.
• Record attendance and report incidents promptly.
• Assist with exam-related administrative tasks as needed.
