Job summary

Michael Page (Switzerland) is recruiting for a security coordination role supporting international events in Lausanne. The position requires German language skills at least at B2 level and proven experience in event/operational security.

You will help plan and execute security operations, liaise with venues and authorities, and provide on-site support during events. The role emphasizes fast-paced coordination, stakeholder management, and strong attention to detail in a multicultural environment,

Qualifications

• German language skills at a minimum B2 level are mandatory.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Security, Law Enforcement, Military Service, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of security operations for international events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security concepts, risk mitigation measures, and operational plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and security service providers.
• Manage security-related documentation, administrative processes, and event planning activities.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure security requirements are met.
• Monitor the progress of security preparations and follow up on key action items.
• Contribute to operational readiness and event security logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events and assist with the coordination of security operations.
