The consultant will assist CSPU in executing the Supply Chains Integrated Programme and the GCPM by:

• Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies, action plans, and harmonized engagement frameworks for the Supply Chains Integrated Programme and the GCMP, including support to regional and country child projects.
• Designing and supporting the delivery of high-impact stakeholder engagement activities and events, stakeholder consultations, workshops, and multi-stakeholder dialogues.
• Establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships, stakeholder networks, and coordination mechanisms to promote collaboration, knowledge exchange, and long-term programme sustainability.
• Providing technical guidance on stakeholder engagement, while coordinating with communications, knowledge management, and gender experts to ensure inclusive, coherent, and effective programme implementation.
• Monitoring and evaluating stakeholder engagement activities, documenting outcomes and lessons learned, and preparing reports and recommendations to improve programme delivery and stakeholder participation.
