• Knowledge of labeling or ability to learn requirements.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Gem-INCS, OSTAT.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Must be flexible with good organizational skills.
• Capable of making accurate and calculated decisions.
• High School education or equivalent. Some post-high school education preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day labeling operations.
• Responsible for label line efficiencies.
• Schedule direct materials and inventory for label lines to meet deadlines.
• Oversee maintenance of the labeling area.
• Manage labeling personnel scheduling.
• Reconcile between GEM & INCS inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality department on product issues.
• Prepare EOM reports and monthly production report.
• Prepare physical inventory and related tasks.
• Assist in safety, quality, and can-damage committees.
