Seneca Foods in Geneva, NY is seeking a 2nd Shift Case & Label & Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The role oversees labeling functions from start to finish and manages warehouse operations, with a focus on line efficiency and on-time material scheduling.

Qualified candidates will have knowledge of labeling, strong communication, and leadership skills. Wage range is $70,000–$80,000/year; hours are Mon-Fri 6pm–4am, with possible weekend work in peak season.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of labeling or ability to learn requirements.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Gem-INCS, OSTAT.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Must be flexible with good organizational skills.
• Capable of making accurate and calculated decisions.
• High School education or equivalent. Some post-high school education preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Leadperson or Supervisor in a related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations in labeling.
• Responsible for label line efficiencies.
• Order and inventory direct materials scheduling label lines to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for overseeing the Maintenance of the labeling area.
• Responsible for managing labeling personnel scheduling.
• Responsible for reconciliation between GEM & INCS inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Regulations and Quality procedures.
• Work with the Quality department to communicate any product issues.
• EOM Reports (downtime records, line changes, etc.), Monthly Production Report.
• Physical inventory preparations.
• Chep Pallets, Label coordinator backup.
• Participate in the Safety committee, Quality committee, Can damage committee.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
