Our team provides daily support to maintain building systems and structures, service the grounds, provide custodial services, oversee construction and renovation projects, maintain compliance with building and fire codes, safety and environmental regulations, oversee security and fire alarm systems in all buildings.

Position Start Date: ASAP

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:00pm or 2:45pm- 10:30pm or 11:15pm

Salary: $23.25/hr. + $0.40/hr. shift differential

Responsible to: Directorof Buildings & Grounds

Position Purpose: Under general supervision, perform cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities. Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks: See attachment.

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

• Lift 70 lbs waist height occasionally
• Lift 50 lbs to chest high regularly
• Extended walking
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
• Must be in good general health
• Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance
