Job summary

Takeda seeks a senior pricing and market access professional to lead the execution of the global pricing and access strategy within the EUCAN Oncology region. This role shapes regional input for market-access plans across Takeda’s solid tumors portfolio and collaborates with the Global Solid Tumors Value and Access Sub-team.

You will oversee reimbursement submissions, payer interactions, and evidence development, coordinating with global teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and payer

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in healthcare consulting or biopharmaceuticals.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pricing, health policy, public health, health economics, or international affairs.
• Strong understanding of EU payer environment and HTA trends (NICE, G-BA, HAS, JCA).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global pricing and access strategy in EUCAN Oncology.
• Support global access strategy projects and mature brands.
• Incorporate regional access considerations into global plans and payer evidence.
• Oversee pricing submissions and negotiations prep with local teams.
• Share knowledge on product- pricing and access across countries.
• Co-lead EU Joint Clinical Assessments with EU HTA team.
