International School of Geneva (Ecolint) seeks an ESP Assistant for Campus des Nations – Secondary School in Geneva. You will support individual students with special educational needs within an inclusive secondary environment, under the supervision of the specialist teacher.

You will collaborate with the mainstream class teacher, plan activities aligned to Individual Learning Plan goals, participate in weekly team and parent meetings, and follow a personalized professional development program.

Qualifikationen

• University-level qualification in teaching Mathematics and Physics preferred.
• Proven experience with students with significant educational and social-emotional needs.
• Experience supporting students with ASDAN is preferred.
• Mother-tongue level English with good working knowledge of French.

Aufgaben

• Work with individual students and lead very small groups under supervision of the specialist teacher.
• Support individual students in the mainstream class in collaboration with the class teacher.
• Plan activities and lessons according to Individual Learning Plan goals with adapted materials.
• Attend weekly team meetings, meetings with parents, and student ILP meetings.
• Follow an individualized professional development program.
