INTEGRA Biosciences AG in Switzerland invites a motivated Business Analyst ERP to join our IT and operations team in Zizers. You will optimize Infor LN processes, support ERP users and drive ERP projects from requirements to go-live in a global manufacturing environment.

Fluency in English is required, German is an advantage. The role is 100% and based on our modern INTEGRA Campus in Zizers, with excellent accessibility and a collaborative work culture focused on precision and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Education in business informatics, IT, or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years ERP experience or comparable ERP key-user know-how; Infor LN knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with ERP configuration, reporting, workflows, authorization concepts and user management.
• Understanding of operational business processes in an international manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and optimize ERP processes within Infor LN.
• Support ERP users with ERP-related inquiries and operational issues.
• Manage administrative ERP tasks, including layouts, workflows, user management, and system configuration.
• Lead ERP related projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and handover to operations.
• Advise stakeholders on process design, system capabilities, and best practices.
• Support ERP-related integrations and middleware topics.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable ERP operations and successful project delivery.
