Zusammenfassung

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for ventilation projects. You will design devices per plans, perform on-site retrofits, and independently lead project execution with a focus on schedule, cost and quality.

Based on substantial site coordination, you’ll manage stakeholders, ensure compliance and drive project success from planning through closure.

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory technical basics in building services/HVAC.
• Desirable further training as technician, master, project manager or engineer in Gebäudetechnik/building services.
• Several years of experience in project leadership or execution of ventilation systems.

Aufgaben

• Create device specifications according to planner or tender documents.
• On-site assessment for equipment retrofits and upgrades.
• Lead and manage ventilation projects independently.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project workflows.
• Ensure timelines, costs, quality and resources are met.
• Create and review technical documents, plans and reports.
• Coordinate with internal specialists, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams.
• Conduct site meetings and participate in project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and safety policies.
• Technical and commercial project monitoring.
• Handle change orders and verification of quantities and billings.
• Support customers, planners, architects and other stakeholders.
• Assist during commissioning, handovers and project closures.

Responsibilities

• Erstellung von Geräteauslegungen gemäss Planer Angaben oder Ausschreibungstext
• Aufnahme vor Ort für Geräteumbauten (Retrofit usw.)
• Selbstständige Leitung und Abwicklung von Lüftungsprojekten
• Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Projektabläufen
• Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Ressourcen
• Erstellen und Prüfen von technischen Unterlagen, Plänen und Dokumentationen
• Koordination von internen Fachstellen, Lieferanten, Subunternehmern und Montageteams
• Durchführung von Bausitzungen und Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Vorschriften und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
• Technische und kaufmännische Projektüberwachung
• Nachtragsmanagement sowie Kontrolle von Ausmassen und Abrechnungen
• Betreuung von Kunden, Planern, Architekten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
• Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen und Projektabschlüssen

Technical Requirements

• Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Lüftung, HLK oder vergleichbar
• Weiterbildung als Techniker, Meister, Projektleiter oder Ingenieur im Bereich Gebäudetechnik von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Ausführung von Lüftungsanlagen
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Lüftungstechnik sowie in relevanten Normen und Vorschriften
• Erfahrung in der Koordination von Baustellen und Projektteams
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise CAD- und ERP-Systemen
• Gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse im Projektgeschäft
