During months 1–12 you receive CHF 2,500/month full-time, with potential profit share up to 10% and later a base salary of CHF 5,000/month plus equity. Projects include Fairbroker.ch, a kettlebell app, and Glanzio as future growth.

Formación

• You are finishing or just finished university.
• Strong interest in marketing, operations/service design, design, UX, and AI usage.

Responsabilidades

• You execute ideas by turning concepts into products, pages, campaigns and processes.
• You build and test sellable prototypes and run targeted marketing for market validation.
• You scale projects from prototype to full product with real marketing spend.
• You work on multiple live projects with measurable outcomes.
