Evooq is a Lausanne-based global provider of wealth management technology, delivering a platform used by advisers and banks. The Engineering Manager leads ~25 engineers, with 7 team leads, focusing on execution, operations, and organizational effectiveness within the Wealth Platform.

You will translate priorities into delivery plans, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in engineering practices. Hybrid work with strong teamwork is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to discuss design/architecture concepts.
• Experience delivering complex software in enterprise or B2B SaaS at scale.
• Ability to engage credibly in technical discussions without being the sole expert.
• People management: coach contributors and Team Leads with feedback.
• Leadership: create clarity, engage teams, drive execution.
• Accountability: own objectives and follow through.
• Decision-making: choose between priorities and align stakeholders.
• Building trust through technical credibility, transparency and sound judgment.
• Change & continuous improvement: drive new practices and tools.

Aufgaben

• Translate product and technology priorities into executable engineering plans and team objectives.
• Ensure WP engineering delivery, proper resourcing and execution across the teams.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Lead capacity planning and identify development or hiring actions with Product Management.
• Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices across the lifecycle.
• Set objectives and manage performance across WP Engineering; coach Team Leads.
• Foster engagement, accountability, collaboration and growth within the engineering org.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Client Success, and other teams to align priorities.
