Ledgy is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the agent and developer platform team. You’ll drive infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security posture as AI agents become central to software delivery.

You’ll report to the Head of Engineering and shape our platform strategy across cloud, observability, and development tooling. You’ll thrive if you have deep platform, DevOps, and security experience, enjoy mentoring engineers, and want to scale a fintech-grade platform with AI-enabled

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Engineering Management and 6+ years as Software Engineer.
• Strong experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering.
• Hands-on with Terraform, debugging pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Security-focused partner to CISO in fintech context.

Aufgaben

• Lead a platform engineering team and set technical direction.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer experience for agents and humans.
• Oversee GCP infrastructure, Terraform, monitoring and SLOs.
• Partner with the CISO to define and implement security strategy.
• Build AI infrastructure and agent platform to support AI tools.
