• Experience designing engaging formats, campaigns, and content using storytelling and digital channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to run multiple initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence with diplomacy.
• Fluent English; working French is a strong asset.

• Strengthen employee engagement and belonging through initiatives connecting people across sites and communities.
• Create engaging communication moments, campaigns, events, and digital content.
• Listen to employees, translate insights into actions to improve the employee experience.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to align people needs with business priorities.
• Facilitate conversations and translate complex topics into clear messages.
• Deliver initiatives with structure, creativity, and quality for visible impact.
