Nestlé Research is seeking a Community Manager to strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and connection across Nestlé Research and the wider Research and Development community. You’ll collaborate with employees, leaders, sites, functions, and communities.

You will create engaging communications, campaigns, and digital content, manage multiple initiatives with diplomacy, and translate insights into actions that improve the employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, community management, events or related fields.
• Creativity, storytelling, and digital communication skills for engaging formats and content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to deliver multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Collaboration with diverse stakeholders, with diplomacy and a solution‑oriented mindset.

• Creating engaging communication moments, campaigns, events, and digital content that inspire participation and shared purpose.

• Facilitating conversations and translating complex topics into clear messages that build understanding and momentum.
