MET International AG is seeking an associate for the CEO's Office to support executive decision-making. You will create high-quality presentations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and liaise with trading desks and internal functions to drive growth and efficiency.

You'll monitor industry developments, conduct desk research, and help implement new processes and tools, with a focus on strategy and technology-related topics in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional aptitude towards problem-solving and improving organizational performance.
• Quick turnaround times in creating high-quality material from various information sources.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into proposals and communicate clearly to senior leadership.
• 2-3 years of exposure to the energy/commodity trading industry.
• Experience in management consulting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create (or coordinate) high-quality business presentations and proposals for executive decisions.
• Bridge strategy and execution by liaising with colleagues across the organization.
• Coordinate initiatives spanning strategy, M&A, organizational, and tech/AI topics.
• Act as interface between the CEO and functions for follow-ups, speak on behalf if required.
• Monitor energy trading industry developments and market news.
• Conduct desk research and analyze new processes or tools.
