Zusammenfassung

Swissquote Bank is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to manage macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android endpoints within a modern workplace. You will work with Intune and Defender for Endpoint to ensure security, compliance, and lifecycle management across the estate.

You will design deployment strategies, manage ADE and Apple Business Manager, and collaborate with Security Operations to close gaps. Strong automation mindset and governance experience are valued.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, endpoint administration or modern workplace roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Experience managing macOS devices in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing iOS, iPadOS and Android devices using enterprise MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of device compliance policies, configuration profiles and enrollment methods.
• Experience implementing and operating Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary technical specialist for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android endpoint management.
• Design, implement and maintain device management capabilities using Microsoft Intune and platform-native technologies.
• Manage Apple Business Manager integration, ADE and Apple device lifecycle processes.
• Manage Android Enterprise enrollment models and operational administration.
• Ensure devices are enrolled, compliant, configured and supported throughout their lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex device management, enrollment and configuration issues across platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for endpoint administrators and Service Desk teams.
• Own the operational health and enforcement of Defender for Endpoint across all platforms.
• Monitor protection health, policy effectiveness and deployment gaps.
• Produce operational reporting and remediation plans for non-compliant devices.
• Collaborate with Security Operations during investigations requiring endpoint visibility.
• Maintain endpoint protection platforms to supported versions.
• Package, test, deploy and maintain applications through Intune for Windows and macOS.
• Manage Win32 apps, MSI deployments, executable wrappers and macOS packages.
• Develop deployment strategies to minimize user disruption and maximize reliability.
• Maintain deployment standards and documentation.
