The role focuses on hands-on calibration execution, record-keeping, and audit readiness across Pharma/Process Manufacturing settings, with cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of calibration execution, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Industry experience in Pharma, Chemical, Process Manufacturing, CDMO, or Oil & Gas.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, execute, and document calibration and preventive maintenance activities for process instrumentation.
• Manage calibration records and maintenance documentation using CMX Calibration Software.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP requirements, site procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of instrumentation systems.
• Coordinate maintenance activities through SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Review calibration documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Support investigations, change controls, deviations, and CAPA activities related to instrumentation and calibration.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Are you an experienced EMR Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in instrumentation, calibration, and maintenance within a GMP-regulated environment?

We are looking for a hands‑on professional to support the calibration, maintenance, and compliance of critical process instrumentation within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Duration: 1 year

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and document calibration and preventive maintenance activities for process instrumentation
• Manage calibration records and maintenance documentation using CMX Calibration Software
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP requirements, site procedures, and regulatory standards
• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of instrumentation systems
• Coordinate maintenance activities through SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• Review calibration documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in instrumentation, calibration, and maintenance
• Proven experience working within a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong understanding of calibration execution, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Experience gained within Pharma, Chemical, Process Manufacturing, CDMO, or Oil & Gas industries
• Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Technology, or a related technical field
• HF/FH qualification preferred; experienced candidates with a completed apprenticeship and relevant industry experience will also be considered

Technical Requirements

• Expert knowledge of CMX Calibration Software
• Experience with calibration planning, execution, and documentation
• Good understanding of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and work order management processes
• Experience with instrumentation lifecycle management and preventive maintenance programs
