Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support a positive and inclusive work environment while serving as the main contact for employee relations matters. The role will also provide HR Operations expertise during a key phase of HR transformation.

The ideal candidate has proven ER experience, strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws, and excellent communication skills, with native French and professional English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, or mediation.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style; high level of independence.
• Native French speaker with professional proficiency in English, preferably fluent Italian and/or German.
• Experience working in matrix organizations is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Provide workplace conflict resolution, guidance, and escalation as needed.
• Analyse ER cases to identify learning opportunities and upskill managers.
• Offer coaching and people insights to managers.
• Act as subject matter expert for HR operations activities.
• Ensure smooth running of HR processes and handover of key activities.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Shared Service Centre to improve processes.
• Work with HR BP to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Participate in HR projects and provide insights and recommendations.
• Provide HR reports with key insights.
