IVF HARTMANN AG is seeking a reliable, service-oriented Staff Member for the Staff Restaurant (60%). You will support daily operations, prepare meals, and serve guests with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

You will work with fresh ingredients, follow HACCP hygiene rules, assist with catering for meetings and events, and help with incoming goods inspections and kitchen duties.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or food sector or relevant work experience.
• Enjoyment in guest service and a friendly, customer-oriented work style.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness for flexible work assignments, including 100% holiday replacements.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cold and hot meals and daily menus.

Staff Member: Staff Restaurant (60%)

In this versatile role, you will support our staff restaurant team in daily operations. You will prepare cold and hot meals as well as daily menus and serve our guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner. You enjoy working with fresh ingredients and adhere to hygiene regulations (HACCP). Additionally, you will be co-responsible for catering and service during meetings and internal events, providing drinks, snacks, and meals. General cleaning tasks in the kitchen, dining area, and dishwashing are also part of your responsibilities, as well as assisting with incoming goods inspections.

Competencies

• Completed vocational training in the gastronomy or food sector or relevant work experience (returning employees are also welcome)
• Enjoyment in guest service and a friendly, customer-oriented work style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Team player, resilience, and a helpful personality
