Job summary

UNICEF Geneva seeks an EMOPS Humanitarian Partners Engagement Strategy Consultant to review partnership engagement and define the strategy for the new People-Centered Humanitarian Partnerships section. You will facilitate stakeholder consultations, assess coordination across partnerships, and craft evidence-based recommendations.

This 3.5-month consultancy (remote) requires a Master’s degree and 15+ years of strategic analytical experience, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce high-quality written outputs and strategic/analytical documents.
• Proven ability to use AI in a sound and transparent manner.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen UNICEF’s humanitarian partnerships by reviewing EMOPS’ engagement and defining strategy for People-Centered Humanitarian Partnerships (PCHP).
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations, assess partnership approaches, and develop a partnership strategy note with recommendations for improved coordination and impact.
