You will lead an in-market team and collaborate across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance to deliver reliable supply and strong service levels.

Aufgaben

• E2E Supply Chain Strategy & Performance - Develop and deploy a CH & AT E2E supply chain vision and strategy aligned with global Surgery priorities; ensure service excellence, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and cash-flow performance.
• Commercial Value Creation & Deal Enablement - Partner with CH & AT Surgery Commercial leadership to support growth through reliable supply, launch readiness, deal enablement, portfolio management (PMR/LCM), and demand agility. support tenders' management; participate in selected customer negotiations and observe supply chain impacts on growth and cash.
• Customer-Facing Service Ownership - Represent Supply Chain in key customer interactions; own customer service performance; create and share customer dashboards; drive corrective action plans and align service expectations with supply realities.
• Cross-Functional & Operational Integration - Represents the Supply Chain organization as main counterpart for the Commercial Leadership team. Orchestrate seamless collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, D&T, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to translate strategy into market and country-level execution; resolve SKU-level shortages with commercial prioritization, coordinate escalations with central planning and lead supply recovery plans.
• People Leadership & Talent Development - Lead and develop a high-performing EMEA planning, value stream, and in-market supply chain organization; build leadership capability and succession pipelines; ensure robust succession planning and a strong talent pipeline, with focus on development plans to accelerate capabilities; promote diverse leadership representation and wellbeing.
