PartnerRe in Zurich seeks a seasoned pricing professional to join the Casualty EMEA Pricing team. You will be a business partner to underwriters, delivering profitability analyses for markets, segments and individual transactions, and supporting pricing methodologies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Reserving, Risk Management and Senior Management, requires a quantitative degree and actuarial qualifications, and offers a platform to impact pricing

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 7+ years in reinsurance pricing or large account pricing.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Able to work in cross-functional teams on projects and streams.
• University degree in a quantitative discipline; actuarial qualification or in progress.

Aufgaben

• Provide profitability analysis of markets, segments, and transactions.
• Provide pricing for long-tailed Casualty and Motor reinsurance treaty business.
• Develop pricing methodologies and parameters for Casualty business across EMEA.
• Support portfolio optimization through market analysis and reviews.
• Develop, test, and maintain the corporate pricing tool and reporting landscapes.
