Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of embedded software development experience.
• Experience planning, estimating, and monitoring software development activities in projects.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured software deliverables.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and driving alignment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working with external development partners or nearshore teams is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical execution of embedded software development projects from concept to product delivery.
• Coordinate and guide software developers to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Translate system requirements into software architecture and actionable development tasks.
• Drive integration of software solutions into cloud services, tools, and production environments.
• Collaborate with I&V, Sensing, Hardware and other engineering teams.
• Leverage RTOS and MATLAB/Simulink capabilities to support product development.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies and resource conflicts.
• Communicate project progress and milestones to stakeholders and management.
