• 3 Electronic PCB Design and selection of suitable electronic components: Collaborate on hardware design, schematic creation and QC, optimize PCB costs and layouts.
• 4 Certification Support: Prepare technical documentation for product certification and ensure devices meet international standards.

Bright Sensors is an innovative technology company based in Neuchâtel. We develop, produce and sell next-generation sensor technologies deployed in our own analyser devices. To support our growth and the scaling of our products, we are seeking a versatile, and production-driven Electronic and Mechanical Technician.

Your Mission

You will play a pivotal role between the R&D engineering phase and industrial manufacturing. You will take anleading instrumental role in the production line, ensuring our analyzers are assembled, tested, and certified to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

1 Assembly and testing Analyzers

• Take ownership of the analyzer assembly line and manage production flows.
• Ensure rigorous quality control and testing of finished devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor to maintain efficiency and quality.

2 Assembly and Prototyping

• Perform precise assembly of high-tech hardware products.
• Handle complex wiring, cable assembly, and PCB integration.

3 Electronic PCB Design and selection of suitable electronic components

• Collaborate actively on hardware design,schematic creation and quality control.
• Contribute to the optimization and review of PCB costs and layouts for better manufacturability.

4 Certification Support

• Prepare technical documentation for product certification.
• Ensure devices fully comply with international industry standards.

Your Profile

• Experience: minimal 3 years of hands-on experience, with a track record in device production or industrial environments.
• Hard Skills: Exceptional soldering skills, deep understanding of PCB design, and mastery of electro-mechanical assembly.
• Languages: Fluent English,German is a plus.
