Zusammenfassung

CERN is seeking an enthusiastic electromechanical technician to join the ORIGIN programme within the Machine Protection Section. You will assist with testing and installation of electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment across CERN’s facilities and participate in training provided for this role.

You should have a general secondary education diploma or equivalent and up to two years of post-graduation experience in a technical field.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified electromechanical technician with hands-on experience in testing and installation of electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Highest educational level is general secondary education or a shorter non-university degree; bachelor’s/master’s/PhD not required.
• Within two years after graduation, you have accumulated limited professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Support testing and installation of new and upgraded electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Assist the Machine Protection Section in CERN's ORIGIN programme activities and operations.
• Contribute to team tasks and learn through all provided training.
