Hitachi Energy in Ticino is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen our team in the Transformers business unit. You will lead the execution of medium-size projects related to LV & MV Transformers and Reactors, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.

The role requires 2-3 years of PM experience, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and fluency in English and Italian. You will manage schedules, costs, risks, and vendor relationships within a dynamic, growth-oriented

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years proven experience in Project Management with focus on Transformers and Reactors.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under time pressure and motivate a project team.

Aufgaben

• Developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization).
• Manage After-Sales projects by ensuring the fulfillment of customer needs.
• Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
• May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects).
• On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
